I lead Internal Communications for Blue Origin\'s functional teams, including Manufacturing/Ops, Environmental, Health & Safety, IT, Legal, and Finance. I also provide Communications support and counsel to the company\'s 11 Business Resource Groups. I provide direct support to senior leaders, including writing/editing of internal messages, supporting employee town halls and other presentations, helping with video production and social media content, and providing counsel and support for a variety of other projects, as needed. I lead the editorial strategy for Voyager, the company’s internal news platform, and create compelling content highlighting the company\'s people and product portfolio. I work collaboratively with external communications to repurpose content that reflects Blue\'s business values and support the company’s recruiting goals. I support a variety of special communications projects and events at the corporate level, including Team Blue Safety Day, an all-team stand down to reinforce the company’s commitment to people and product safety. I support the communications director in executing the company’s overall communications strategy, and maintain close relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise.
