Jill is an accomplished finance and technology professional, holding an undergraduate degree from Luther College and a master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas. Beginning her career in public accounting as a CPA, she developed a deep expertise in financial reporting auditing, and regulatory compliance within the banking and nonprofit sectors. Her financial background provides a unique blend of financial acumen and technical leadership in her current role as Director of Technology Delivery Programs at UFG Insurance. With a deep understanding of both the financial and technology landscapes, she leads cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support regulatory requirements, and drive business transformation. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jill is deeply committed to community service, having served for six years on the His Hands Free Clinic board, including three years as President. She was a member of United Way of East Central Iowa’s committee to start their Spark*5 initiative. She is also enthusiastic about contributing to her community as a musician.
