In this role, I am building the corporate Learning & Development function from the ground up, while leveraging and honoring the expertise already established by internal subject matter experts. I design and deliver leadership and professional development programs for managers and senior leaders across diverse business functions, creating impactful learning experiences in formats ranging from in-person workshops and live webinars to self-paced eLearning.By partnering closely with department leaders and external partners, I align training strategies with organizational goals, manage content in the LMS, and apply adult learning principles to ensure relevance, engagement, and effectiveness. I also support technical and compliance training across engineering, operations, and support functions, while tracking participation and outcomes to drive data-informed improvements.This work blends strategy and hands-on facilitation, supporting domestic and international training initiatives.
