Serves as the Primary Contact for developing and administering the Warehouse Lending Division of Ameris Bank.* Build close relationships with external partners to ensure customer relationships are maintained * Knowledge of all mortgage products and investors to ensure compliance for Ameris as well as providing customers full spectrum of mortgage funding * Develop and maintain warehouse lending credit policies and procedures * Responsible for on-going Portfolio Management with risk rating assesments and annual renewal processing * Responsible for educating warehouse lending staff on fraud tools, guidelines changes, and bank updates for Warehouse Division
