As Director of Development, my favorite part of the job is being a storyteller for Camp Mirage and its franchises.Additional responsibilities include:* Leading by example with our core values, passion, and enthusiasm among all team members.* Franchise sales across the United States.* Conducting television interviews and managing public relations.* Developing strategic plans to strengthen our vision.* Assisting with scouting locations for new franchises.* Connecting new franchises with their local communities.* Establishing and implementing best practices while improving current procedures.* Identifying marketing opportunities to boost company visibility.*Corresponding with potential franchisees interested in purchasing a Camp Mirage location.Camp Mirage is a summer day camp for children ages 5-14. We offer the excitement, camaraderie, and feel of an overnight camp within a day camp setting. Our program features over 40 themed camps for kids to choose from, including art, science, sports, and more!With over 25 years of experience in Plymouth, Michigan, we are now expanding nationwide across the United States.
