Jill Davis serves as Managing Counsel for Orlando Health, a large healthcare system that serves the southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. She specializes in employment law and health law, providing counsel to the organization on compliance, risk management, and employee relations issues, and managing litigation and investigations. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).In addition to her work for Orlando Health, Jill dedicates time to numerous local and statewide legal organizations. Her current involvement includes- President-Elect, Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association- Executive Council Member, Orange County Bar Association- Co-Chair, Orange County Bar Association 2026 Bench Bar Committee- Florida Bar Legal Needs of Children Committee- Association of Corporate CounselJill is a graduate of Class V of the Florida Bar Leadership Academy and a past President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association. During Jill’s time as President, the Young Lawyers Section was awarded “Large Affiliate of the Year” by the Florida Bar and was awarded the Voluntary Bar Association Pro Bono Service Award by the Florida Supreme Court.Jill provides pro bono legal work through the Valor Clinic, providing legal assistance to veterans, and serving as a Guardian Ad Litem in dependency court cases, where she represents the interests of children suspected to be victims of parental abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
