Responsible for multiple Program Management initiatives under Transformation including establishing former Personal Banking and Wealth Management’s (PBWM) Transformation Program Management Office and Consent Order Article XVII execution.· Built and led the Program Management team responsible for PBWM’s specific Transformation plan, established rigorous governance routines to exceed Program Management Standards and aligned strategy to Citi’s vision for Transformation execution.· Led a team of Program Managers responsible for aligning Citi’s Transformation Project Plan to its restructuring of five major businesses in 2023, creating a consistent set of activities for each business aligned to Citi’s Transformation execution vision and timeline.· In response to issuance of Article XVII under Citi’s Consent Order, led a team of Program Managers responsible for establishing Citi’s Commitment Cause and Resource Review (CCRR), a quarterly resource assessment of challenged Consent Order Commitments which has received a non-objection from Citi’s Regulatory Agencies, deemed compliant and is now terminated, the first Consent Order Article to achieve this success.
