As a Director and experienced Legal Recruiter at Lusona, I have over 20 years of experience in placing Solicitors and Paralegals in new roles across Scotland. I have a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for both my clients and candidates, ranging from major commercial law firms to In-House positions in various sectors, such as financial services, energy, and FMCG.I joined Lusona in 2011 as part of the founding team and have been instrumental in growing the Legal Division. I enjoy the challenge and opportunity of working for a start-up that values flexible working and client and candidate satisfaction, rather than rigid KPIs and fee targets. This approach aligns with my personal and professional goals and allows me to offer a tailored and responsive service to my network.One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping people in the early stages of their legal careers, especially those who are looking to retrain or change their career direction. Outside of work, I love spending time with my two miniature dachshunds Alfie and Heidi, and exploring Scotland\'s remote beaches and islands.
