   I am a senior faculty member who has held an endowed chair in the James F. Dicke College of Business Administration, an AACSB-accredited, Bloomberg Business Week national Top 100 business school with an A+ rating in teaching quality. The Dicke College is a 4-year teaching-focused school. I am a master teacher and, over my tenure at ONU, have taught courses in accounting principles, accounting information systems, intermediate-level managerial accounting, advanced financial accounting, sustainability accounting, and governmental/not-for-profit accounting at the undergraduate level, and fraud examination and closely-held business valuation at the undergraduate level and graduate level. I have a strong, sustained record of excellence in teaching and service. My research interests are primarily in the area of pedagogy and case writing. I have been a leader in online course development and teaching at ONU, developed the undergraduate forensic accounting option and co-developed the master of science in accounting (MSA, formerly MPPA) program (rated in the top 50 online MSA programs nationally). I have been involved in a number of high-level strategic initiatives at the university and college levels. I was a leader in the initiative to integrate SAP software into the Dicke College\'s business core through SAP\'s University Alliance. I use live client projects in my business valuation and fraud examination courses. QuickBooks, SAP, and IDEA software are integrated into some of my courses. Excel is heavily integrated into all of my courses. My fraud examination course is operated in partnership with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and IDEA/Audimation, and my business valuation course is operated in partnership with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).I volunteer my controllership skills as treasurer/accountant of a small non-profit organization, and hold officer positions in two other organizations.
