Serve as lead for the Admission CRM (Technolutions Slate), including shared responsibility for implementation, annual maintenance, innovation, process documentation, regular system audits and staff training-Lead and manage operations team-Lead project management and new initiatives for Slate CRM-Prepare data analysis, build statistical reports and create new enrollment models across the admission cycle from prospect to enrollment. Coordinate with LTS liaison to execute the department’s document retention policies as required by federal law-Lead decision release process including setting all admission decisions for each round, maintaining data integrity, and tracking estimated enrollment rates-Serve as lead on Common App, Transfer Common App, Coalition, and QuestBridge integration, implementation, testing, and approval including all yearly maintenance and integration between systems.
