In practice, that usually means helping teams move from “we have a lot of thoughts” to “we know what we’re actually doing and why.”My background spans product management, platform ecosystems, and solution development, often in environments where business needs, technical realities, and user experience all have to line up. I care a lot about building things that are not just functional, but genuinely useful and grounded in how people actually work.I’m especially drawn to smart problems, collaborative teams, and situations where clarity needs to be created — not just managed.
