I have first-hand experience in plot sales and residential developments working closely with sales teams, surveyors, sharing knowledge and experience as well as providing specific plot sales services. This work has expanded my main client base to include house builders and developers. In the last few years I have had a wealth of experience working in-house for a developer; dealing with mortgage repossession sales in addition to routine residential property work.I am currently working on a number of large sites in North London for developers regarding a land-locked property dispute. My client has secured acquisition and now seeks to develop the land for sale.
