After years of E&D practices in oilfield, I\'m still passionate about bridging the gap between geology and engineering. I have embarked on a new journey, together with SimTech team, to explore a novel solution for fractured reservoir, unconventional O&G and CCUS/CCS.

   SimTech has numerous partners and customers in the energy industry and has recently determined carbon capture as its strategic direction to achieve significant growth. My role is to organize and lead teams with expertise to guide and develop advanced fracture modeling and simulation tools, to deal with highly fractured reservoirs. The Simtech Team is driven to deliver an innovative solution, improve fractured reservoir simulation efficiency, build fracture models with more accuracy, and to add significant value to the industry to have a better understanding of their assets.
