Responsible for account receivable collections, reconciliations, credit reviews and bad debt recovery. Work with cross functional departments to resolve payment, deduction, and claim issues. Review of customer disputes and claims and working with concern team for timely resolution. Research and correct misapplied and/or unidentified payments. Approach cross functional team for credit approval and process credit on respective BU sites Work on ad hoc reports as required by leadership team and customers.
