I am a strategic operations leader with over 10 years of experience in organizational operations, strategy, and growth in varying industries at national non-profits, prestigious higher education institution, and start-ups. With organizational strategy and growth, I understand the need to assess, analyze, and plan for an effective strategy execution. I enjoy operationalizing an organizational strategy by dissecting the steps necessary to execute the big picture. I thrive in an environment where I build the plane and figure out where to land while it is flying. At the center of every position I’ve held throughout my career and the education that I have pursued, there is a purpose and mission. I obtained my Bachelors in Political Science because I believe in the power of the people and politics is power. I obtained a Masters in Public Policy because I believe that good policy can truly change lives. In the course of my career, I\'ve worked in organizations with missions that I cared about: fighting poverty, creating opportunity, immigration reform, youth workforce development, higher education reform, and anti-racist organizational transformation.
