Established three human cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) stable cell lines using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and lentiviral transduction- Developed three flow cytometry gating strategies for sorting antibody-conjugated cells- Discovered an anticancer drug for CCA and enhanced the efficacy of anti-PD-1 immunotherapy using three mouse tumor models (including immunoprofiling, T cell, and myeloid subset analysis via flow cytometry)- Published three first-author and two co-author peer-reviewed research articles, along with two review papers- Identified the interaction between cancer stemness in CCA and immune cells, revealing potential mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance- Mentored three postbaccalaureate scientists preparing for medical or graduate school programs
