Main Tasks:• Building the Test and Validation team. • Managing an international team of 7 people. • Implementing Agile processes in the team and thorough testing processes. • Creating a clear testing method to ensure tests are executed precisely and with repeatability, including data management. • Designed and led the construction of a new lab facility. • Establishing an Aging Test Container. • Creation of test cases based on internal requirements as well as norms and standards. • Analyzing test data and presenting to different stakeholders (engineering, quality…), allowing for open discussion on the results. • Managing all communications with external labs and overseeing outsourced testing. • Ensuring the electrical safety in the lab. • Preparing work instructions and detailed test reports. • Preparing the annual budget of the Test laboratory.
