ABOUT JIHANE GHOSTINE

A passionate creative executive producer with 25+ years of experience telling stories through visual, audio, and experiential media. My work is driven by a love for transforming ideas into imagery that connects, resonates, and makes a difference.Today, I lead Production at Ogilvy Health New York, guiding projects from initial concept to final delivery ensuring creativity meets craft, ideas meet execution, and every project lands on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.I’ve worn many hats throughout my career; from editor, agency producer, and head of production in Lebanon, to freelance work in Dubai, Europe, and the US touching every aspect of production: senior and creative producer, EP, post, VFX, line producer, production manager, and consultant, bringing ideas to life across TV, radio, print, OOH, online, and digital.Collaborating with production companies and ad agencies across diverse markets has expanded my network, sharpened my technical skills, and strengthened my ability to adapt and collaborate across different cultures.I’ve worked with celebrities, real people, kids, and animals, producing content with every kind of budget, from high-end campaigns to low-budget & everything in between, across ads, documentaries, branded content, and music videos.I’ve rubbed shoulders with the titans of creativity, partnering with top notch creative agencies, production powerhouses and brands, contributing to award‑winning work (Cannes Lions, Effies, Dubai Lynx, Clios, Tellys, The One Show, KTR, LIAs, and more) but what truly drives me beyond the trophies and the accolades is creating work that moves people, inspires change, and leaves a real positive impact on the world.
