I am a B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture student with a strong interest in people management, talent acquisition, and data-driven recruitment processes. Currently, I am working as Talent Acquisition Associate, where I actively contribute to end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles.My experience includes candidate hiring through platforms, talent mapping, database management, and maintaining structured recruitment pipelines. I am skilled in handling recruitment documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth hiring processes while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.Alongside my corporate exposure, I have completed 4 months of RAWE (Rural Agricultural Work Experience) training, which has strengthened my understanding of grassroots agriculture, farmer engagement, field data collection, and practical agricultural operations. This hands-on experience has helped me develop strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.With a unique combination of an agriculture background and recruitment experience, I bring adaptability, attention to detail, and a people-centric approach to my work. I am eager to grow in roles that allow me to bridge analytical thinking, operations, and human resource functions while continuously learning and adding value to the organization.
