Jigyasa Sharma is the Executive Director at UDS Group, India’s leading publicly listed enterprise services partner, delivering integrated Business Support Services (BSS) and Facilities Management (IFM) solutions. In this role, she leads group-level strategy and transformation, working closely with leadership across companies to scale operations, drive growth, and position UDS for its next phase: becoming a billion-dollar organization.Prior to UDS, Jigyasa was the Smart Communities Program Manager at US Ignite, where she led initiatives at the intersection of technology, public policy, and community innovation—partnering with organizations such as the NSF, Purdue Research Foundation, and Toyota Mobility Foundation.With a strong foundation in economics and policy, Jigyasa has worked with governments and non-profits across India, the U.S, Singapore, China, and Indonesia. She previously held research and advisory roles at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, contributing to competitiveness studies and outcome monitoring frameworks for public programs.She holds degrees in Economics from the University of Delhi, Applied Economics from NUS, and Public Policy from UC Berkeley.
