   In my current role, I am responsible for managing the daily execution of multiple mission-critical government projects, executing critical program recovery efforts, ensuring that delivery standards are met, and aligned with customer expectations. Led transition and transformation to more independent Government Business. Two of these major efforts involve the design of a new Government Terminal Suite and the design of a mini-GEO satellite. In addition, I also work closely with program teams to align resources, oversee operational performance, and coordinate strategic hiring efforts to close over 150 staffing gaps. My focus is on ensuring program commitments and revenue goals are consistently achieved while maintaining operational excellence.
