Over 12 years of overall industrial experience in the Agrochemicals, Pharma,Ethane, LPG, LNG, Oil & Gas,ONSHORE,Gas Cracker Units, Brownfield Project, Well heads, ESP & VFD, process train prey commissioning & Maintenance. Having experience in Systems engineering, package units & interfaces, installation, erection, commissioning, including experience in modern control systems like Delta-V Emerson, & CENTUM VP,Honeywell C-300/Emerson DeltaV PLC-SIEMENS,Triconex/ RTU / ESD systems / Fire & Gas system /SCADA systems. Responsibility for ensuring that the pre- commissioning, startup and operating tasks are performed in line with the established project procedures, specifications & good practices. Familiar with International Codes and Standards, Engineering Tools. Working knowledge and experience in onshore oil & gas industry codes, specifications and practices Functional Safety IEC – 61508:2010/ IEC – 61511:2003 (HSE, API, NFPA, ISA, IEC etc.). Familiar with Process Safety Management and HAZOP / SIL study. Working knowledge. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building,problem solving and organisational abilities. Experience in Instrumentation include all systems and project engineering aspects, including conceptual design, engineering management, detailed engineering, system specifications, project specifications, factory acceptance testing, system commissioning, preparation operation and maintenance manuals.
