Scheduling and Conducting Energy Control - Power Lockout & SBI Audits with the senior manager of the area, including the CDM area.• Develop and Track, zero harm plan for the Eng. Labs with the senior managers.• Monitoring the ‘Net Zero’ target with the local area managers in line with the company’s objective.• Provide support to Engineering Labs for the Internal/External Audits for ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001• Participate in Risk Assessment, COSHH Assessment, Env. Aspect Assessment, SSOW Review, DSEAR Assessment, PUWER Assessment & HAVs Assessment• Conduct EC-PL Stage-1 and Stage-3 training for the employees and contractor personnel of Engineering Labs• Conduct weekly Health, Safety & Quality meetings twice a week with the local supervisors.• Create SPL, WI and TBTs for identified Hazards/Risks.• Host Level-3 and Level-4 HSE meetings every month with the senior managers & local managers• Supporting Labs in the Investigation of Safety and Environmental Incidents/accidents. i.e, 8D, 5 Whys, risk assessments• Responsible for identifying training needs and raising training requests for HSE-related Training.• Supporting labs for LOLER & BES Inspections, HAVs, UKCA Marking, SHARP Audits, Noise surveys & PATs
