ABOUT JIGNASA PUROHIT

I am a people-focused technical leader with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions and leading high-performing engineering team at RIB Software. In my current role as Technical Team Lead for the RIB 4.0 Estimation product, I am responsible for end-to-end team execution, delivery reliability, and the continuous development of team members. I consistently meet commitments and build a culture where execution excellence, ownership, and accountability are core success drivers.I operate with a strong organizational mindset, working closely with product management, architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes that extend beyond individual team boundaries. I actively contribute to people development, process maturity, and knowledge continuity, while taking increasing ownership of cross-team coordination and decision-making. I have been recognized for my leadership potential through selection into the Women Talent Pool Program (10th Edition) by WIL Europe, further reinforcing my readiness to contribute at a broader leadership level. Through sustained delivery, trust-based leadership, and a focus on long-term impact, I continue to expand my scope of responsibility and leadership contribution within the organization.
