About Jigmat Paljor

As a Senior Engineer at Quest Global, I work on providing solutions to the complex engineering problems of energy companies. I pursued MTech in Energy Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, NIT Delhi. My core competencies include Electrical engineering, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS), and Renewable Energy. In my recent projects, I have worked with TotalEnergies and Halliburton, providing electrical and renewable engineering support to their solar and wind technologies, and their drilling and equipment services. I have also worked as a research assistant at the Himalayan Institute of Alternatives, Ladakh, where I modelled and simulated the passive solar heated building with and without phase change materials in a cold arid climatic region. I have developed skills in AutoCAD Electrical, DesignBuilder, and EnergyPlus through these experiences. I am passionate about finding innovative and sustainable solutions for the energy sector, and I am eager to learn from and collaborate with the experts and peers in this field. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic and a creative mindset.
