It\'s a pioneer experiment initated by the RMC, as it was the dream project of the Municipal commissioner to bring the fresh air in the corporation by giving chance to the fresh law graduates to explore the ground working of the municipal corporation and its legal matters. The Job profile includes to coordinate with the panel advocates to give acute and brief information of the matters, by assisting them with necessary documents and legal research that ensures that the panel advocate is thorough with the facts and there is no room for uncertainity. Secondly, the work includes to coordinate with all the 44 departments of the corporation ranging from property taxes, accounts, procurement, service matters, estate issues, rent cotrol, general department, food safety department etc and solve their legal queries that includes formation of legally sound tender, free of ambuguites, to verify the proper levy of taxes, giving suggestions and identifying lacunas that could potentially bring a new legal case and solve them before hand. Lastly, to review the parawise remarks and with thorough legal research give the best replies to the pending petitions and fresh matters.
