   Spearheaded multiple offline/online pipeline pigging inspections/turnarounds as the operations man-rep for propylene, ethylene, propane, ethane, E/P mix, and fuel gas utility lines. • Initiated MOCs for changes on pipeline relating to procedures, MAOP, piping configuration, P & IDs, LOPA workbooks, alarm rationalization, and new asset installations. • Created procedures for the decommissioning and commissioning of multiple propylene, ethylene, and fuel gas lines while emphasizing process safety and life critical standards. • Utilized Aspen IP21 and KPI Alarms to troubleshoot propane and ethane vertical pumps by building/comparing trends on pressure, flow, and temperature for both suction and discharge streams. • Reviewed construction drawings and approved letter of no objections to 3rd party proposals to cross Dow’s pipeline while implementing standards for acceptable loads, clearance, and excavation methods. • Facilitated weekly discussions between maintenance, operations, leadership, and commercial teams to better understand how to reduce abnormal operating conditions and associated unplanned events. • Developed flow simulations for different hydrocarbon systems to determine operational and commercial feasibility for maintenance turnaround projects. • Appointed as point of contact for leakage calculations, LOPC classification, and determination of reportable quantities per TCEQ.
