Designed and developed interactive single-page web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Webpack and NodeJS. Created UI mock-ups with designer and PM using Adobe Experience Manager and Figma for comprehensive content management. Implemented reusable FMS form, sorting and Helios toggle components based on UI mock-ups with Material-UI and Charter’s internal UI library. Focused on improving application’s accessibility with semantic HTML, color contrast analysis, and screen reader focus control. Used Redux in FMS and Context API in Helios to fulfill state management, centralized FMS accumulated redundant code. Improved FMS performance with React lazy loading and suspense components. Worked with React Testing Library and Jest to write unit test scripts, increased FMS test coverage from 56% to 78% by replenishing utility functions tests and users interaction edge cases tests. Consumed data from Non-Relational Database Management System MongoDB, presented appropriate data based on users’ authority. Maintained event-driven servers with Node.js and socket.io. Worked with Java backend team to maintain and update RESTful APIs according to Charter’s new ESSO policy. Automated continuous deployment with Jenkins, stayed on call on new version launching process. Used BitBucket for version management between various integration and development streams. Involved in daily Scrum meetings, communicated with design team and users to design stories.
