Driven by a passion for creating impactful solutions through technology, I chose a career in Product Management to bridge the gap between user needs and technological innovations. Currently completing dual Master\'s degrees in Computer and Information Technology & Education Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, I am focused on leveraging my deep understanding of tech and user experience to drive product success and organizational growth. My professional journey includes roles at MicroPort MedBot, PTC, and Haitong Securities, where I enhanced product strategies, led data-driven initiatives, and spearheaded cross-functional team collaborations. At MicroPort MedBot, I successfully identified customer pain points, leading to pivotal design changes of robotic surgical systems product that enhanced surgical safety and efficiency. My analytical skills were further honed at PTC, where I developed automated tools in Python that improved customer engagement metrics for B2B SaaS products.
