I currently lead the operations and development of Shell’s E2E Monitoring dashboard, which tracks key success and error KPIs across Shell’s digital landscape to support faster issue detection and enable more proactive support models for technical teams. I’ve also developed a Management Information (MI) dashboard tailored to non-technical stakeholders, delivering clear insights from complex operational data.While my official title is Reliability Engineer, my role spans a hybrid of DevOps Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist functions, supporting the team wherever needed.My responsibilities cover the full lifecycle - from gathering requirements and building the data infrastructure, to defining business logic and KPIs, developing the dashboards, and maintaining their daily operations.Key responsibilities: • Lead frontend development of Power BI and Dynatrace dashboards, making complex data accessible to a broader range of stakeholders • Build and manage alerting systems using Power Automate and Dynatrace to support proactive monitoring • Monitor Azure Data Factory pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting • Perform backend KPI calculations and data transformations using Azure Databricks (PySpark) • Collaborate with data source and support teams to investigate anomalies, onboard new metrics, and resolve operational issuesAchievements:• 2023 Q4 Mobility Wall of Fame• 2024 Q1 Mobility Wall of Fame
