1. Proj Director, Precision Oncology Informatics

   Leading an informatics team to build innovative computational infrastructure that support the clinical decision making in precision oncology. Flagship applications that have been developed in house include • a) RetriLite: a powerful literature mining and analysis application that is customized for the domain of interest but can be easily extended to serve various information needs in related domains • b) OCTANE: an informatics infrastructure specialized in clinical trial information management, retrieval and search, the features developed include but are not limited to data aggregation, natural language processing, web-based application, search engine and task automation • c) PODS: this enterprise software application is specialized in creating a one-stop shop for precision oncology annotators to gather pertinent information, curate and search knowledge item, process annotation requests and issue reports, to name a few. The reports are integrated with the institution’s Electronic Medical Records system (EPIC). • d) PersonalizedCancerTherapy.org: a public-facing web-based application that disseminates our curated in house knowledge base for personalized cancer treatment to the general • Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders such as world class medical oncologists, cancer biologists, informaticians to explore innovative informatics solutions that range from research efforts at the bench to clinical tasks at the bedside
