Care at Home is a rapidly growing $1 billion program addressing home health, palliative care, and hospice care in an aging population and value-based environment.• Independently spearheads compliance performance initiative to improve timekeeping accuracy for 1,300 hourly clinicians across 7 SoCal agencies.• On target to achieve system implementation by November 2024: pilot tests with 80 clinicians, 19 agency timekeepers, and 26 clinical supervisors across 5 agencies.• Introduced Lean Six Sigma tools and human factors design; identified improvement opportunities in qualitative interviews and quantitative performance data.• Provides advice and counsel on compliance strategy and policy: facilitated alignment across Business Operations, Operations, Clinical Excellence, and Finance functions.• Leads communication with senior leadership, staff, and diverse frontline clinician populations via bi-weekly and daily huddles, surveys, Teams chat, and email.• Creating a high reliability sustainment plan with cross-functional team. • Responsible for project work plan, tracking, and risk management, reporting to Business Operations Senior Director and to Care at Home Vice President.
