Lead the design and development of new Knowledge AI Content Ingestion and Question Answering, to enable brands to add conversational intelligence by leveraging their existing content from websites, documents and APIs (CMS, databases etc.) together with Smart Ingestion, AiSearch, Question-Answering to offer near state-of-the-art semantic search and question-answering for both consumer chats and agents assistance. We use Large Language Models including Sentence Transformers and ChatGPT to provide state-of-the-art results. We perform knowledge-base optimization, prompt engineering, hallucination detection and query classification etc. to deliver a great MIX (Multi-Intent eXperience) for brands, in both Conversation Copilot (agent assist) and Autopilot (chatbot). I work cross teams with senior management of Product, Data Science/ML team, including CEO Rob himself on a range of POC to production projects.
