I’m a data-obsessed problem-solver who crossed the aisle from engineering to HR with the belief that more objectivity and rigorous data science concepts can be applied in the HR domain to shape better people decisions.For the first decade of my career I was deep in data: architecting data warehouses and building data pipelines, shipping BI solutions, and running advanced analytics projects. In 2009 I got my first taste of predictive modeling, using associative techniques for preventive maintenance in military. Around 2017 I pivoted into People Analytics. Since then I’ve led teams in Singapore and the U.S. to build predictive attrition and statistical models, run causal studies, conduct NLP on exit interviews and engagement surveys, and “agentize” workflows with Generative/Agentic AI. The common thread: turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that drives better decisions for employees and the business. But perhaps more recently, rethinking and redesigning how the work and role needs to change with AI in the ecosystem.Relocated from Singapore to Silicon Valley in 2022, I combine 15+ years of analytics experience with an engineer’s eye for scale and a people-first mindset. I thrive on difficult problems, collaborative teams, and the chance to push the frontier of how AI/ML can elevate HR.Fun fact: I’m 0.5 % Wolverine! 🤣 (ask me what and how).

   Leading cross functional AI strategy initiative to develop enterprise wide AI operating model that is function-agnostic and AI phase-agnostic to bridge organizational readiness gap to enable autonomous AI execution of workflows.Led the applied analytics team to implement Agentic AI (prototype Key Analytics Processes agent) to reduce initial analysis planning and preparation time to enhance the productivity of people analytics analysts.Architected and executing a multi phase PA AI roadmap towards an “AI coworker on demand” vision through an agent marketplace and specialized agentic solutions.(E.g people intelligence agent, knowledge agents, task agents and governance agents). Led the team for the implementation of Visier’s AI assistant chatbot, Vee to enable HR users to ask natural language questions to receive answers on HR data.Co-developed a whole-of-PA analytics training programs, increasing overall data and analytics literacy
