Work with NACC operations team to review processes focusing on identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities aimed at quality, safety and cost initiatives• Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met• Monitor, measure and manage the performance of all Logistics service providers and vendors• Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services• Participates in process/rating improvement efforts• Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures. Monitor departmental processes and procedures, including, establishing random compliance audits and follow-up on corrective action responses• Manage Logistics supplier metrics• Compile and distribute supplier KPI scorecard information (weekly, monthly, annually)• Manage supplier review process – schedule meetings, develop presentations, manage corrective action and follow-up activities• Track Logistics sales and cost by maintaining tracking files and collecting logistics cost and volume data; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies• Perform audits of Logistics supplier invoices and Process supplier invoices and process documents to support the internal payment application process• Support rollout and implementation activities during the kickoff of new programs
