During my time at T-Mobile, I was promoted within the first six months from Manager to Sr. Manager, Communications and expanded my scope to lead enterprise HR communications strategy and program delivery. My primary responsibilities include:• Lead strategic communications alignment across the HR and Workplace Experience organization to deliver high-impact, human-centered communications to employees at the right time, on the right platforms, driving deeper engagement with HR programs and a better employee experience.• Own end-to-end communications programs during important moments of the employee lifecycle, including benefits enrollment, performance cycles, talent development milestones, cultural initiatives, compensation planning, and more.• Lead crisis communications strategy and response on HR topics including DE & I, workforce reductions, corporate responsibility, and more.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change management strategies during key moments of change including mergers and acquisitions, onboarding a new global workforce, and strategic cultural shifts.• Partner with HR leaders, business partners, and program owners to align messaging, provide strategic counsel, and equip leaders with tools and guidance to confidently lead their teams.• Empower team members to adopt new ways of working to enhance workflows and deliver moreeffective communications, including increased usage of Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud to measure email opens and clicks, a new intranet platform from Adobe that enables targeted messages to specific employee groups, and AI to increase efficiency, allowing team members to focus on strategy and planning.• Lead a team of communications professionals by supporting their growth and professional development.
