I am a research scientist specializing in computer vision, deep learning, and medical image processing, with over 8+ years of experience developing advanced AI methods for real-world research problems and medical imaging applications. I have contributed to several NIH, BARDA, DARPA, ARM, and MJFF funded projects, working on image classification, detection, segmentation, registration, denoising, super-resolution, anomaly detection, representation learning, and generative modeling. My experience also includes deep-learning inference optimization and the development of reliable, high-performance AI systems.

   1) AI & CV research for medical imaging–based disease detection, diagnostics, and quantitative image analysis across CT, fMRI, ultrasound and digital histopathology.2) Key contributor to multiple NIH- and BARDA-funded projects,3) Developed AI-driven automated ONSD measurement using 3D ultrasound imaging.4) Designed a multichannel CT and radiomics-guided DL model for diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis.5) Built a DL + fMRI pipeline for deep brain stimulation parameter optimization in Parkinson’s disease.6) Developed a histopathology foundation (VLM) model for prostate cancer patient outcome prediction.
