I design and build model risk and AI governance programs. Engineering PhD, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, then a decade across banking, fintech, and digital assets.At Bank of America, I led the establishment of an independent, SR 11-7–aligned AML model validation framework in financial crime — across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. At Oportun, I built an enterprise Model Risk and Fair Lending Testing function from the ground up: no prior framework, no team, no precedent.Now I\'m at OKX — one of the world\'s largest digital asset exchanges — applying that institutional rigor to a new frontier: AI governance for digital assets, across multiple regulatory regimes.
