I work at the intersection of healthcare analytics and clinical operations, with a focus on turning complex data into clear, actionable visibility for frontline teams.At WakeMed, my work centers on building and validating clinical and operational dashboards that support nursing, quality, and service line leaders. Over time, I’ve learned that the real challenge is rarely the visualization itself — it’s ensuring the metric definitions truly reflect what teams experience on the ground.Much of my recent focus has been on strengthening metric trust: partnering closely with clinical stakeholders, pressure-testing definitions upstream, and designing dashboards that drive confident decision-making at the unit and leadership level.Technically, I work primarily with Tableau and SQL, but I see my role less as a report builder and more as a translator between data and operations.I’m particularly interested in work that improves clinical quality visibility, nursing operations, and the practical adoption of analytics in healthcare environments.Always open to connecting with others working at the intersection of data, clinical quality, and operational improvement.
