I build process-intensified continuous manufacturing solutions for solid-involved systems, translating disruptive chemical innovations into reliable, scalable industrial operation.With two decades of global leadership at Corning Incorporated—including serving as Division Vice President & General Manager of the Advanced-Flow Reactor (AFR) and Advanced Flow Pharmaceutical Technology (AFPT) businesses—I have dedicated my career to transforming disruptive innovations into scalable, real-world impact. My work has spanned the U.S, France, and China, guided multicultural teams and led the successful execution of over 100 industrial continuous-flow manufacturing projects across the chemicals, API, agrochemical, and energy materials sectors.Since 2026, I have continued this mission as Founder & CEO of Leapstar Technologies, leading the creation of impactful solutions at the intersection of chemistry, continuous manufacturing, and intelligent automation. I am committed to advancing sustainable innovation, environmental stewardship, and cross-sector collaboration—helping both industry and academia accelerate the adoption of next-generation manufacturing technologies.I also serve as Visiting Professor of Practice at the Wisdom Lake Academy of Pharmacy, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), where I contribute to curriculum development, mentorship, and industry-academia partnerships.
