Global Expense Management - Digital & Marketing Finance (April 2024 - Present)Performed similar responsibilities in Staff Support Finance but for the $1.8B annual expense budget for the Digital & Marketing organization. Additionally, I conduct quarterly stress testing on the firm\'s nine-quarter marketing expense budget for each internal and external supervisory stress scenario. As the marketing stress model owner, I oversee financial model risk activities (e.g, model whitepaper reviews) and partnered with qualitative model reviewers in Global Risk to ensure model accuracy and performance.Global Expense Management - Staff Support Finance (November 2021 - April 2024)I managed the CAO organization\'s $800M annual expense P&L. This included quarterly forecasting for personnel costs (e.g, headcount, salaries, benefits) and non-personnel costs (e.g, consulting, vendor, and legal fees). Additionally, I provided financial impact analysis to business partners on talent planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation initiatives. Enterprise Strategic Initiatives - E2E Forecasting Product Owner (October 2019 - November 2021)On the E2E Forecasting team, I collaborated with financial forecasting teams and our technology partners to optimize how financial forecasting was performed via non-technological and technological means. From a technology standpoint, I served as a product owner in developing a new financial forecasting platform. As a product owner, I recommended capabilities and enhancements, tested and triaged new development releases, and demoed product features to new users.
