Extensive experience in high-throughput screening (HTS) of large and small molecules, covering hit identification, lead optimization, and biomarker discovery for oncology, immuno-oncology, and rare disease-related drug discovery and development.• Strong expertise in preclinical and translational research, with a focus on designing proof-of-concept and mechanism-of-action (MoA) studies, as well as in vitro/in vivo preclinical pharmacology to support clinical development, utilizing in vitro cellular assays and various in vivo tumor models such as CDX, PDX, and syngeneic mouse models.• Deep expertise in building and managing research teams and leading cross-functional efforts from target identification to development candidate (DC) selection and IND-enabling studies across small molecules, ASOs, peptides, and antibodies.• Proven ability to oversee laboratory operations, mentor scientists, and manage external research collaborations with CROs and academic institutions to drive preclinical and translational research initiatives.
