ABOUT JIALE ZHU
Coco is a current freshman studying at Brown University. She is passionate about creating a positive impact on social justice and gender equality with the help of business and statistical knowledge. At school, Coco is a co-head of the art club, a community that dedicates to bringing art as relaxation and lifestyle to the school and using art as a medium to help outside of the community. Outside of classes, you can find her in the library, art studio, and gym. In 2022, Coco founded youth-led project The Shield Initiative to promote awareness on youth mental health through art therapy. The initiative led 15 projects across 7 countries. Outside of this, Coco is working on her independent research related to Mental Health and Gender equality.
