Ongoing Project: SPARC Kips Bay (Science Park and Research Campus), NYCEDC+ Concept development for a 1M+ sq ft life sciences and education campus, producing massing studies, curriculum-based test fits, and concept presentations in alignment with NYCEDC’s civic and urban vision. Contributed to new typological development for a connected life sciences and educational healthcare campus.+ Investigated healthcare-oriented Career and Technical Education (CTE) models, NYS curriculum guidelines, zoning regulations, and site-specific conditions to inform integrated planning and educational programming.+ Represented the design team in consultant workshops and interdisciplinary coordination meetings with Ennead Architects (collaborating designer), NYCEDC, and specialty consultants across structural, MEP, façade, and landscape systems.+ Published Rhino–Revit workflow manual through Dattner\'s BIM Taskforce and D5 Visualization Pilot, contributing to digital innovation; participated in internal design reviews and inter-studio charrettes to support firm-wide discourse and design quality.
