Process Engineer- Design and Documentation: Prepare and review critical design documents, including PFDs, P & IDs, Line Lists, material balance, process control narratives, design calculations, mechanical equipment lists, instrument and equipment datasheets- Engineering Design: Support the design, review and execution of process engineering deliverables throughout the facility across all engineering stages, including Feasibility and Process Studies, Conceptual Design, DBM Development, FEED and Detailed Engineering Design- Procurement Collaboration: Collaborated with the procurement team to review vendor quotations, drawings, and specifications for technical adequacy and conformance with project requirements- Technical Calculations: Conduct equipment sizing, line sizing, and pipeline hydraulic calculations- Safety and Reliability: Develop the cause & effect matrix for the shutdown key of wastewater treatment plant to ensure reliable and safe operations- Business Development Support: Support to develop proposal, estimate development and business development. Conduct multi criteria analysis and literature review to support decision making and provide recommendations to clients- Equipment Proficiency: Experience with process equipment such as ion exchange, membrane systems, clarifier, evaporation, crystallization, and centrifuge systems- Performance Testing: Offer technical support during facility commissioning, start-up, and operational troubleshooting and optimization-Software: Experience with engineering simulation software like OLI, HYSYS, and WAVEInternal ESG Committee member- ESG Reporting and Initiatives: Support to build annual company’s ESG report and contribute to the development and implementation of ESG initiatives and targets, promoting sustainability practices within the organization
