ABOUT JI SOO KIM
Ph.D. in Materials Science specializing in functional oxide thin films, ferroelectric systems, oxide interfacial dynamics, electrochemical interfaces, and inorganic materials characterization. Develops and evaluates functionalities of oxide thin films (pulsed laser deposition, sputtering, ALD) and establish structural-electrochemical-physical correlations of the specimens for future non-volatile memory and computing purposes. Experienced with TEM, EDS, XRD, XPS, AFM, PFM, KPFM, thermal processing, UV lithography. Mainly interested in correlating atomic-level interfacial reactions to the durability and performance of the device.
