About Jhun Medina

I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the best team members around—harmoniously guiding and helping them deliver their best performance. My diverse background provides me opportunities to build relationships, to grow professionally and personally, and to successfully lead teams at the largest auto insurer in the U.S. I’ve helped implement many initiatives including the early adoption of electronic signatures in my company, which generated millions of documents being e-signed annually. I’ve helped develop numerous team members who either got promoted or moved on to bigger and better opportunities. I’ve also managed performance of others, resulting in either changed behaviors or opportunities outside of the company. I’ve successfully led teams through major organizational changes by utilizing effective communication tactics and change management principles. I believe that collaboration, integrity, and trust are key in building relationships. Relationships—both professional and personal—are important to me. I go out of my way to ensure they are nurtured to continue growing. I am a provider of quality customer service and positive results, while keeping the needs of the organization as my top priority, but keeping the customers’ needs at the forefront.My professional skillsets are balanced with my personal interests and hobbies to help with my passion and creativity. I am actively involved in non-profit organizations and giving back to my community. I believe in lifelong learning. I speak two languages and dabble with a third one. I also enjoy gourmet cooking and teaching wine appreciation classes.
