My journey began in neuroscience, reverse engineering the function of the human brain by studying disorders.    I was engaged by the Director of Clinical and Behavioral Health Services to improve systems and processes for using data to provide support services to students.I designed and built a data product in Airtable to identify students in need of clinical/behavioral support.I developed automations to flag behavioral issues across multiple data sources and notify staff.I coached the departmental team on how to establish and maintain internal processes for working with data.
