At 3Kites my role is to assist law firms in a wide range of projects, whilst my focus is generally IT orientated as a consultancy our unique combination of IT, lawyer and our experience of suppiliers puts us in an ideal position to understand a firm\'s requirements and the most practical ways of meeting them.We are well placed to engage with the business at all levels and, if appropriate, its clients, to understand current issues and likely future requirements. Projects I am regularly involved with include:• System selection, including finance, client relationship, document management, case and matter management systems• Process efficiency, looking at business process and working with a colleague on legal processes• IT services, including IT strategy and planning, data management, data security, infrastructure and the cloud and product integration• Business intelligence, management information, dashboards and reporting• Project and change management
