1. Assistant General Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing

   Mar 2022 — Present

   As an Assistant General Manager, I have successfully developed global strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives, achieving significant cost reductions, quality improvements, and risk mitigation. I extended sourcing support to global sites, ensuring the timely procurement of process equipment, tablet tooling, change parts, and API vertical packaging materials. My efforts were pivotal in supporting approximately 70 R&D products, 75 new product launches, and 70 tech transfers by ensuring the availability of critical components, contributing to successful product development and seamless market entry.I managed a global million dollars budget, achieving high dollars in sourcing value through cost reduction initiatives. By ensuring the timely availability of change parts and tablet tooling for launch and transfer products, I enhanced supply chain efficiency and boosted product competitiveness. I also implemented Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to optimize resources, improve inventory management, and reduce excess inventory, resulting in streamlined operations and cost savings.Additionally, I facilitated smooth site transitions by supporting the transfer to the Indian Manufacturing Site, ensuring operational readiness and seamless integration.
